In celebration of its 10-year anniversary we are releasing the 3rd Edition of Trekking the National Parks!

A decade ago the Binkele family designed this game to commemorate their love of the national parks. Since then, nearly 500,000 copies have been sold, and it's become a classic family game for park-lovers around the world.

Some of 3rd Edition’s updates include:

• New artwork by the incredible Eric Hibbeler
• Major Parks cards are now tiles
• New stone molds
• Refined rulebook with new stone-bonus scoring rules (read here)
• Added park photography by Johnathan Irish
• Expanded park write-ups on the backs of all Park cards
• New scorepad

The game now includes a solo mode!

Play as the bear and race the Trekkers to visit parks before they overrun the campsites with their tents! (read the solo rules here).

The 3rd Edition is the same design as 2nd Edition with only a few rule and terminology updates

Among these include:

• The action “Claim a Park Card” is now called “Explore a Park”
• The action “Occupy a Major Park” is now called “Camp at a Major Park”
